Concept
Having an idea of what you would like to do is the first step in the construction process. Utilizing magazines and the internet for ideas is a good start. It is a good idea to bring as many ideas and concepts to your consultation, this will give the designer a better idea of what you are trying to achieve. Please investigate all the contractors you are interviewing by going to DBPR website to verify their license and any complaints filed and the Better Business Bureau for rating verification.

A Design or Concept Drawing will be provided along with an estimate describing material and construction cost. This is when the concept is fine-tuned base on your needs and wants along with your budget. Contract Execution
This is when the preliminary design that was presented to you along with the estimated cost has been approved by you.

This is the process where we incorporate all the details in the contract on the drawings and collaborate with the architect to provide us with city drawings. At this point we start finalizing material selections.
